Viral Videos

A component of viral marketing campaigns, viral videos are short segments or clips often used by marketers to capture the attention of consumers on a low cost budget leveraging word-of-mouth. Viral videos tend to be humorous and placed on viral video sites such as YouTube, Metacafe, Sharkle, GoFish and ifilm. Currently thousands of consumers are posting videos to the site for public viewing and online marketers are joining in posting old commercials and viral videos of their own.
