Business Blogs
Business blogs are also commonly known as corporate blogs, in which an organization uses the blogging medium to reach consumers, employees or other stakeholders for communication purposes. Business blogs may be either internal or external and contain information related to products, services, company structure or investment information. Many companies may use an internal blog to replace e-mail communications with meetings, corporate announcements or company updates, especially useful for sales teams across the nation to recieve information quickly and efficiently without filtering through their inbox. External blogs are used for corporations to connect with their audience and encourage comments or feedback about customer service, product launches or corporate executives. The voice of the business blog may be that of the CEO, Web strategist, employee or a public relations representative.
