Word-of-mouth
Word-of-mouth is a type of advertising that uses verbal communication to create buzz amongst consumers. Online media such as blogs and forums are now being accepted as forms of word-of-mouth advertising, and are often considered a more credible source of product information than paid advertisements. Word-of-mouth created by consumers online is coined 'consumer generated media', the fastest-growing and least expensive form of advertisment.
