Loyalty

All companies should strive for customer loyalty. Programs that encourage long-term relationships, repeat purchases, repeat visits to a web site, or referrals should be implemented. In the airline industry frequent flier programs are a good example of how to gain customer loyalty, such as American Airlines AAdvantage program. On the Internet free rightones, wallpaper, reports, etc can be offered as an incentive for signing up for a company's newletter or loyalty program.
