Heat Mapping
A heat map is a visual depiction of data. Marketers use heat mapps to learn more about what visitors to their site are viewing. A heat map can show things such as the frequency of clicks, the length of time spent on a particular page, and which tags and news subjects are most popular. A color scale is usually used to illustrate the variation in the data.
