Sweepstakes
Sweepstakes are promotions in which a prize is given away at no cost to the entrants. Typically, large prizes and other aggressive enticements are used to convince people to enter the sweepstakes. There is no playing involved, as that might conflict with lottery laws. Instaed, entrants should have to do nothing more than provide personal information for a mailing list.
