Consumer Generated Media - CGM
Consumer Generated Media, or CGM, refers to the attention a brand or website receives through a cyber version of 'word of mouth' press. This includes the opinions or personal experiences documented on blogs, comment forums, and newsgroups. Consumer generated media employs heavy discussion on services and products that have either left a positive or negative experience.
