Information Design
Information design is the specific visual display of information maximized for effectiveness or aesthetic quality and usually targeted at a specific demographic. Information design differs from information architecture and information planning; information architecture refers to the general format for organizing information and information planning refers to the preparation and support of information, while information design focuses specifically on the content and visual aspects of information.
