Objective:

Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC), part of the Hilton Hotels Corporation, is a point-based reservations and exchange system for members of Hilton Grand Vacations Company’s resorts, timeshare villas and vacation condos with over 100,000 members from across the world. Following the consumer’s decision to purchase from HGVC, the company must continually reiterate the full value of its program, while showcasing the freedom, fun and flexibility the membership program offers through email messaging.

Solution:

The overarching goals surrounding the quarterly “Inside Track” emails included educating members on the latest vacation destinations available, suggestions and encouragement to use points before they expire and showcasing the fun stories and activities from current members. Testing, performance and email best practices were an integral component of “Inside Track”, and an editorial calendar was employed to ensure flawless delivery in intermediary intervals with Hilton’s hard-copy newsletter.
