As Vice President of Operations, Jennifer’s mission is to ensure the health, stability, efficiency and effectiveness of MindComet. With an 11-year background in project management, Jennifer understands how process innovation, scoping, budgeting and cost control drive projects to be successful; she applies those same concepts on a corporate level. She works closely with team members to ensure not only process compliance, but also professional growth and mentoring.
Prior to joining MindComet in 2006, Jennifer was a senior project manager at OmniTicket Network, where she gained immense experience and expertise in software development project management and the destination entertainment vertical. Her start in project management was with Medical Manager (later WebMD). Jennifer launched her professional career as a college intern at Walt Disney World Resort.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Toledo.
