Senior Account Manager
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the development and management of the companies accounts, the generation of new business through account development and involvement with new business pitches. Key to the success of this individual will be the ability to sell new, high-end, and complex digital solutions and multi-channel marketing packages across an array of categories.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about servicing clients to high standards and meeting new people. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills who can develop strong relationships externally, with the community and potential partners, and internally with our operations, design and development teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service and relationship management to our current and future partners
- Project manage campaigns negotiating with all parties involved internally and externally to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly from point of introduction to project conclusion
- Committed to learning how to use all internal systems and tools required to execute a campaign and to maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of those systems over time
- Develop and maintain necessary technical knowledge to be the clients point of contact for troubleshooting
- Communicate with the client (an their other agencies) on campaign delivery and performance supported by a highly skilled internal team.
- Work with members of the executive team to identify and advance any opportunities to improve performance of campaigns and to generate growth of partners
- Present business projections, forecasts and other summary reports to satisfy personal Management requirements
- Deliver highly effective sales presentations, proposals and negotiations.
- Provide feedback on the rest of the organization on how to better satisfy client needs.

- Proven understanding of basic social networks (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Flickr at a minimum).
- Technical capacity to run effective Internet searches and manage digital information.
- Apple OS and iWork proficiency a plus.
- A valid passport is a requirement for employment.
- This position requires up to 25% travel.
Education and/or Experience:
- Excellent track record in developing relationships with Fortune 1000 clients
- Strong understanding of strategic customer service and negotiation methods.
- Bachelor degree or above preferred.
- 3 - 5 years plus, sales, account management and/or project management experience
- Experience and expertise in online media is highly valuable, but not mandatory, but candidates will be expected to have a strong passion for online media.
- Excellent writing skills are a requirement.
Compensation:
Total compensation with this position is estimated over $60K per year (base salary plus performance bonuses). Full benefits, matching 401k and paid time off are included. No relocation package is offered with this position.
